First blog post is a tricky one. After A LOT of contemplation, I figured a girl can't go wrong with some eye shadow :p
So in this post, I am going to be reviewing a not so new eye shadow palette by Oriflame called Sand & Green. I am a huge Oriflame fan and own almost every cosmetic product made by Oriflame from their lipsticks to lip glosses to pressed powder to blushes. Literally EVERYTHING! But for eye shadows I usually stick to my beloved Maybelline.
I finally convinced my self to give their Eye Shadow Palette a try and I wasn't disappointed. It is a great palette for first timers or people who don't enjoy make up as much especially if you don't want too many shades of the same colour and are willing to work with the basics. This palette has 8 shades and none of them are similar to each other but are great for blending in together.
The Palette comes with its own tiny applicator for the newbees but I didn't find it of much use as I prefer proper make up brushes for the same (TIP: The ring finger does a fabulous job with this eye shadow).
As far as the pigmentation is concerned, they are very pigmented and blend in very easily to give a very subtle beautiful look instead of overpowering the entire make up.
My only disappointment is the size of this palette, I ordered it online and was expecting it to be a little bigger than what it is. But this tiny thing is not going to stop me from buying this product again.
